The EntrePass is a pass for entrepreneurs in the field of technology and requires the applicant to meet a number of requirements:
The candidate must hold at least 30% of the shares of a private limited company that is less than 6 months old and has a paid up capital of at least S$50,000.
The company must receive funding by a government-accredited venture capitalist or business angel, hold intellectual property, have a research collaboration with A*Star or a university, or be an incubatee of a government-supported incubator.
When applying for the EntrePass, a detailed business plan must be submitted and, once the pass is approved, the company must create a fixed number of jobs for local employees per year and meet a minimum annual business spending:
